Rx Bandz Wins New England Pediatric Device Consortium Full Seed Award Grant

Rx Bandz received a Full Seed Award. This award is a continuation of funding and support from NEPDC member organizations following a successful Pre-Seed engagement. Rx Bandz is an innovative and wearable next generation auto-injectable device for emergency medications. The wearable, human-centered design offers an attractive option to children and families living with life threatening allergies.


NEPDC is a non-profit consortium that provides infrastructure, expert consultation to innovators, and execution of technology translation and commercialization of pediatric technologies. NEPDC offers commercialization resources for pediatric medical devices through a seed grant program made possible through funds from the FDA Office of Orphan Product Development.
